Chef’s Special ($14.95) - Chef Nellda creates a daily special that will entice your taste buds.  This menu is prepared daily for your dining pleasure. You can also enjoy any of our wonderful ala carte dining options during our lunch open to the public.

Soups and Appetizers

Soup du Jour – Cup $4.50     Bowl $5.50

French Onion Soup – Caramelized Onions, Seasoned Broth topped with a Crispy Crouton and Gruyere Cheese then Broiled until Golden Brown.  $5.50

Potato Pancake with Wild Mushrooms - Warm, Buttery Potato Pancake topped with a mixture of Wild Mushrooms, Garlic and Cream.  $7.95

Warm Goat Cheese Tart – Creamy Goat Cheese, Fresh Thyme, Browned Shallots, Baked in a Flakey Crust and served Warm with Lightly Dressed Field Greens.   $8.95

 

Salads

All Salads served with our Famous Beer Bread and Glory Muffins

Wild Rice Salad with Smoked Chicken – A Cold Salad of Perfectly Cooked Wild Rice Mix, Bound with a Light Dressing of Mayo, Dijon and Fresh Tarragon, fine diced Cucumber and Sweet Orange Sections, atop Baby Spinach.  When Finished with Cherry Smoked Sliced Chicken Breast, it is the perfect fall salad.   $10.95

 

Sanford House Entrée Salad – An Entrée Sized Portion of our Signature House Salad of Field Greens, Dried Cranberries, Sugared Pecans, Feta Cheese, Mandarin Oranges tossed with homemade Balsamic Maple Vinaigrette.    $8.95     Add Rosemary Grilled Chicken – $2.00

 

Sanford House Salad Trio – Samplings of The Sanford House Fresh Chicken Salad, Signature House Salad and Seasonal Fruit Salad.   $10.95

 

Roasted Beet and Spinach Salad – Oven Roasted Beets, Marinated in Fresh Ginger and Brown Sugar then Chilled, sit on a bed of Fresh Baby Spinach with Crumbled Blue Cheese and Thinly Sliced Red Onion, and a Walnut Vinaigrette.  $9.95

Roast Beef Panini – Thinly sliced Roast Beef, Cheddar and Provolone Cheese, Caramelized Onion and Horseradish Mayo on White Bakery Bread. $10.50
