SPA ETIQUETTE:
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to fill out paperwork, change and fill out the appropriate paperwork.
Services must be held with a credit card and cell phones and pagers are not allowed.
We understand that things can happen but we ask you to notify us 24 hours in advance to cancel an appointment. If you are late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule. Your service will end at the scheduled time so that the next client will be able to enjoy his/her service as scheduled. You will be charged for your full scheduled service since the technician will have set aside his or her own time for you. No-shows or those services cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the total cost.
Please leave your valuables at home the day of your service because the Sanford Spa and Salon will not assume a liability for valuables.
A Gentle Reminder: We enjoy the presence of children. However, our spa and salon are not equipped with facilities for young ones. So that you and others may enjoy our services, we request that children be brought by appointment only.
