Reservation and Privacy Policy
Reservation Policy:
Reservations are confirmed with a major credit card. Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover cards are accepted. All reservations will be charged one night stay at the time of booking. Extended stays and events will require additional deposits.
A credit card is required to be kept on file at The Sanford House during your stay, or until your event is completed to pay for any additional charges that are incurred.
A 48 hour cancellation notice is required for a refund of room reservations. A $35.00 administration fee is charged to your card for any cancellation. If you need to change your reservation for any reason please provide the confirmation number provided below and we will be happy to assist you.
For events held at The Sanford House, the deposit is non-refundable. (See our event contract details). The Sanford House is a non-smoking facility. A $250 charge is assessed for any violation of this policy. All guest rooms have maximum occupancy designations. If the maximum occupancy is exceeded your credit card will be assessed a $450 event facility fee.
Any reservation that you wish to pay for with a Gift Card requires a Credit Card to hold until the value of your gift card or gift certificate is determined.
