Event Spaces at The Sanford House
Grand Courtyard
Lush flower beds and tall, majestic trees set a memorable backdrop for your outdoor wedding or special event on the Grand Courtyard of The Sanford House. An ideal setting for groups of up to 200, this 3000-square-foot established courtyard boasts an elevated wedding pavilion supported by elegant white columns on its north side. To the sides of the pavilion, framing the courtyard, are a large octagonal gazebo, and The Renoir Room. The final touch is a central statuesque stone fountain. From dusk and into the evening, the courtyard is illuminated by bistro lights above, as well landscape lighting in the surrounding gardens.
This immense patio is designed to be tented in the case of inclement weather. Whether it is in the heat of the summer or during cool winter months, the temperature of the courtyard can be customized with heating or air conditioning options, allowing it to be used year-round.
Renoir Room
This is a beautiful room located adjacent to the Grand Courtyard with magnificent views of the whole property. With open, vaulted ceilings, this space is well-suited to all social, dining, corporate, and meeting needs for up to 50 guests in a variety of seating configurations. There is also an outdoor patio bordering the Renoir Room that offers a beautiful option for blended indoor-outdoor events of up to 75 guests when both spaces are booked.
